Spin & Win

The “Spin & Win” campaign is organized for customers using the JOYPAY mobile application. Eligible users will have a chance to spin the wheel and win promotional rewards.

Campaign Period
The campaign is valid from 16 April 2026 to 05 May 2026.

Eligibility
• The campaign is open to all registered JOYPAY mobile app users. 
• Users must have a valid and active account. 
• The offer is applicable only within the campaign period. 

Campaign Mechanism
• Customers will see a “Spin the Wheel” option upon opening the app. 
• Each customer will get a chance to spin and win one of the following rewards: 
      • Free Transfer 
      • 50% Discount on Transfer Fees 
      • AED 2 Discount on Transfer Fees 
      • AED 1 Discount on Transfer Fees 
      • After spinning, a promo code will be provided. 
      • Customers must copy and apply the promo code in the promo code section while making a transaction.

Reward Usage
• Promo codes must be used during the transaction to avail the reward. 
• Each promo code is valid at the time of spin the wheel
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Limitations
• Each customer may be allowed to spin only 3 times per day during the campaign period
• The offer is applicable only on international remittance transactions. 
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Fees and Charges
• Discounts apply only to transfer fees and not to exchange rates. 
• Standard terms and conditions of transactions apply.

Fraud & Misuse
• Any misuse of the campaign or promo codes may result in disqualification. 
• JOYPAY reserves the right to cancel rewards or suspend accounts in case of suspicious activity.

Modification & Termination
• JOYPAY reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. 

General
• By participating, users agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
• All decisions by JOYPAY regarding the campaign are final.
