General Terms & Conditions 
• Eligible transactions: All valid remittance transactions outside UAE from the Joyalukkas Exchange Mobile App. 

Winning Pattern: 
• Online transactions using Joyalukkas Exchange Joypay Mobile App will be entitled to the entries in the Electronic Raffle draw 
• Joyalukkas Exchange reserves the right to request proof of identity and the original receipt of the winning transaction from the winners, at the time of claiming the prizes. 
• Any cancel or refund transactions will not be included with the raffle. 
• All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of draw. 
• Joyalukkas Exchange will never ask customers their personal identification numbers, bank account details and other important documents or request the winners to pay any charges for claiming the prizes.
