Register your profile.
1. Through Branch
- Visit any Joyalukkas Exchange branch with a valid photo ID.
- Our CSE team will be happy to assist you with the onboarding process.
2. Through App
Activate your online profile
- Enter your Emirates ID and mobile number to verify your identity.
- Enter the one-time password (OTP) received on your mobile phone.
- Set your password and 4 digit pin to activate your profile successfully.
Create transactions
- Log in to the Joyalukkas Exchange.
- Select the beneficiary from the existing list or can add a new beneficiary.
- Enter all required details, click submit, then enter the received OTP.
