Eligibility
This promotion is valid for all individual remittance send transactions only.
The following transactions are excluded: Etisalat, DU, SEWA, Air Arabia, Mobile Top-Up, Credit Card Payment, UAEFTS - Local Bank Transfers, Currency Buy/Sell, WPS, Corporate transactions, and Cancelled transactions.
Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

Prizes and Winner Selection
Minimum 1 Send Money remittance under Cash Pick, Credit to Bank, Credit to other Bank transaction, SSS, Pag-IBIG, MP2 & Phil Health transactions will be eligible for Mega Prize, Weekly Prizes & Daily Prizes raffle draws.
Minimum 2 Send Money remittance under Cash Pick, Credit to Bank and Credit to other Bank transaction on same day will be eligible for the scratch & Win coupon and Bi-Weekly raffle draws.
Online transactions using Joyalukkas Exchange Mobile App will be entitled to (2) two entries in the Electronic Raffle draw of the Mega prize.
Prizes will be awarded exclusively to the winners and cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash.
Winners will be selected randomly on the designated draw dates.
Winners will be notified directly by JOYALUKKAS EXCHANGE and announced on official social media channels and the company website.
Increased transaction frequency enhances the chances of winning.

Fraud and Misconduct
If any transaction is suspected of fraudulent activity, misleading information, or a violation of applicable regulations, JOYALUKKAS EXCHANGE reserves the right to disqualify the participant and withdraw the prize.
Participants must ensure the accuracy of their provided details; JOYALUKKAS EXCHANGE holds no liability for incorrect or incomplete information.
Joyalukkas Exchange reserves the right to request proof of identity and the original receipt of the winning transaction from the winners, at the time of claiming the prizes.
Any cancel or refund transactions will not be included with the raffle.
All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of draw.
Joyalukkas Exchange will never ask customers their personal identification numbers, bank account details and other important documents or request the winners to pay any charges for claiming the prizes.
Joyalukkas Exchange employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Publicity & Data Usage:
Unless and otherwise advised, each winner agrees that upon entering the promotion, Joyalukkas Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without any further reference, payment or other compensation.
