General Terms and Conditions:

• Eligible transactions: All send money transactions from Joyalukkas Exchange Branch and Mobile App in UAE.

• Winning Pattern: Minimum 1 Send Money (remittance) transaction in a month will be eligible for the raffle draw.

• Joyalukkas Exchange reserves the right to request proof of identity and the original receipt of the winning transaction from the winners, at the time of claiming the prizes.

• Any cancel or refund transactions will not be included with the raffle.

• All prizes must be claimed before the 24th October 2022.

• The prize winners will be officially contacted by authorized staff of Joyalukkas Exchange on the same day of the draw, using the customer information provided on their transaction receipt.

• One prize only for each winner.

• Joyalukkas Exchange will never ask customers their personal identification numbers, bank account details and other important documents or request the winners to pay any charges for claiming the prizes.

• Unless and otherwise advised each winner agrees that upon entering the promotion, Joyalukkas Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without any further reference, payment or other compensation.

• Joyalukkas Exchange employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
