Currencies/Traveller's Cheque's once exchanged will be bought/sold at our prevailing buying/selling rate.
Please count your money before leaving the counter. We will not be responsible for any claim made later. Errors & Omissions are exempted.
Transfer will be consider as executed unless any claim to the contrary is received from the remitter within 3 (three) months from the date of remittance.
Refund against cancellation of TT/DD or any other payments order returned unpaid for whatsoever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or your purchase rate which is lower.
Our exchange or agents will not be responsible for any delay, mistake or omission caused in transaction or due to technical error.
Correspondent / Intermediary bank's charges are applicable to certain countries and will be deducted at paying end.
Remittances will be subject to the laws related to money transaction in UAE/ Intermediary / Designated countries.
